Track Marshall 70W

A special range of low ground pressure tractors were made by Track Marshall. Designed for waterlogged land such as marsh or swamp, with a ground pressure of about 2.5 lbs sq in. The Track Marshall 55 & 70 were both made as the W version in either C or H series. Many were used for ditching, bulldozing and winching on soft ground. The tractor we are currently restoring is a Track Marshall 70W with hydraulic steering. This tractor differs from the Series C only in that the steering is through hydraulic clutches. These clutches are oil immersed and self adjusting and steering is very light on the hand levers.
